Pros

Great staff. Helpful. Always there when you have questions. Customers are generally friendly when they call. Paid Training. Great Training. Positive Environment. Lots of opportunities for advancement within the company. Benefits after 90 days. Lots of schedules to choose from but don't get the ones you want sometimes until later.

Cons

Occasionally a really upset customer can be hard to deal with but usually a supervisor will handle it from there.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
