Pros
Team driven company. Consensus is important. Family oriented. In general good work is rewarded. Good pay. Can have a good career as individual contributor. Very good legacy.
Cons
Management is not decisive. Management reluctant to take risks. "Old" way of thinking. Very old facilities. Managed bottom-up. Management is disconnected from the details. Too many middle level managers. Non-technical people are promoted to management more often (at least based on my impression). Very political.
