      Pros

      Good company to work for, I learned a lot of co-workers and good balance between work and personal life.

      Cons

      Tried to get a rise for years and the process of approvals is terrible , only way i ever got an increase on my pay check was leaving the company and come back again.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
