Pros

Great co-workers, good work-life balance.

Cons

Constant lay-offs and furloughs, cost savings once completed are never enough. Budget goals are one-size-fits-all regardless of industry or line of business. In 4 years no one received a single raise. Completely reactionary management, did not have a long-term plan or vision. Their only concern was the current quarter's results, presumably so they could receive their quarterly bonus. Staff is looked at as just another commodity expense that is completely replaceable in the lowest cost country. Management does not understand many of the business lines. They think it is all data entry or call center work because that is what they know.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
