Pros

A willingness by management to cram any deals into the month, quarter or year to hit the number regardless of how painful it will be to anyone involved including the customer.

Cons

A few reps consistently do well but most do not because of the huge disparity of opportunity. Ethically challenged upper management with a loyalty only to profits at the expense of employees and customers.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
