This is a complete people-oriented company, it is not at all process oriented. Only the employees who are close to the managers & Team leads get the benefit of Work from home & recognition, etc(favouritism). The hard-working employees who are really in need of Wfh are not given & declined. This company has one of the most incapable & inefficient HR Team. The variable pay is always delayed by 5 days every month with no valid reason from HR.
