Regarding promotion from within, doing so continues to be a primary mode of filling our open roles. At our larger scale now, it is true that we must recruit externally in larger numbers than before, but this doesn't mean that the probability that a role will be filled by an internal candidate has declined.
Regarding the long-term opportunities for Irvine team members, two of our most senior executives overseeing our data operations (which are central to Zillow) are in Irvine so I'd argue one can go pretty far in that office.
