It can be cliquish within depts/teams -- I.e. certain people manage all forward-facing projects. Immediate management is not always great -- further trainings and support for managers should be provided in teaching them how to encourage great work from their reports. Some work-life practices should be instilled within departments --
Particularly encouragement to take a sick day rather than WFH, regular lunch breaks, etc. This sort of balance needs to be modeled by immediate managers to create a trickle-down effect of a better environment for all.
