10yHi. Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that you are enjoying Zillow Group so much. Yes, we have an amazing culture & benefits are crazy-great. And, since you wrote this we've now integrated some add'l support resources into sales, so hopefully things are improving.
Good call, our mantra is certainly not to micro-manage, but to help everyone achieve their goals & dreams. But, at times we may be a bit overzealous to help people be successful, so we'll work to improve on that.
