Pros
Big company with a strong presence in Zurich , good people to work with and quite interesting and challenging job. Company aims to implement new tools and streamline on a long term and be efficient. Work timing is recorded it and most of the manager apply flexible working hours.. Teams are very diverse and international.
Cons
Processes & Systems are not streamlined . Very decentralized approach across various ZH business units. Top down approach should be applied for standardization across units .
