      Pros

      Met some great friends. Great brand recognition to be associated with. Benefits are pretty good compared to a lot o companies I have heard about.

      Cons

      You will not get promoted unless you know the right people, in fact if you are disliked and still perform you still probably won't get promoted. I think there is a real disconnect from Ownership out to the field level and the field operations does not always sync up with Enterprises Founding Values.

      Great company to get job experience but pay is low for working 55+ hours a week.

      Pros

      for a recent college graduate, ERAC offers an amazing training program and tons of hands on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, employee development, and inventory growth.

      Cons

      The hours are long (about 50-55+) and you have to work a lot of weekends. The money is eventually there if you choose to have a career with ERAC but the initial pay for 1-2 years is lousy for your responsibilities.

      Pros

      You get lots of feed from supervisor and managers. It's not a bad place to have your firstjob. But use it as a stepping stone to get to a place you really want to. This company has an excellent development program that prepares you for the working world. Everyone here has been in your position so there's not many mistakes to be made but lots to learn.

      Cons

      Long hours go by quick but you lose your social life quick. Other than that it's a great place to work as long as you like people and love to learn how to sell. The only reason not to work here is mid range pay and long hours but you are rewarded for your hard work.
