Pros
I work in the sales department, so it's a much different environment than the rental offices. The pay is very good, and the program is much better designed than your typical car sales lot.
Cons
Employees are treated as fungible, and there is no loyalty. If you don't perform, you're out. If you haven't reached your quota for the month, you're expected to work long hours until you do. If you work fewer hours once you hit your quota, you're heckled for 'giving up'. This department will take as much of your energy as you'll give it, and then ask for more.
