      Good Place to get your feet wet....

      Pros

      You will learn a lot coming out of the gates. You are put up in a hotel for your training. You are given good benefits after 3 months. The longer you stay with the company the more PTO you will receive. ERAC looks good on the resume.

      Cons

      As an MT or MA you will be worked to the bone! As an MA you are run up and down the branch. Be prepared for some hard days. There is a high turnover rate because you are putting in 50+ hours a week and working Sat (if you are at the airport you will work any days throughout the week including holidays).

      Pros

      One of the pros to erac is that it looks very good on a resume. I have had quite a few co workers get hired at other jobs simply because they worked at erac. Honestly, that is the only perk of this job.

      Cons

      Pay- the pay is an absolute joke. You are told in the interview that you will make 31,000 a year based on a 49 hr work week. As an MT I would bring home around 850-950 depending on the hrs I worked.(2) Benefits- haha... Delta dental is the biggest joke of insurance I have ever heard of. I had to pay $400 out of pocket to have a cavity filled. (3) Work schedule- the amount of hours and work sch

      Pros

      Survival of the fittest. Throw a bunch of college grads together and see who makes it on top.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Long long hours. Wish I was hourly not salary. Can get burnt out easily.
