Pros

Great employee camaraderie. We all try hard to have fun. We do have the occasional employee outing where Enterprise will pay the bill for some alcohol and food.

Cons

Where do I began. Well I will virtually echo the sentiment of most of the other reviews on this site about ERAC, hours are long, the pay is little, and customers can be vexing to say the least. The whole job virtually revolves around selling the damage waiver products and up selling customers into higher class cars. Of course the incentives to selling for an MT or MA is the promotions ERAC dangles in front of you. But the more direct impact of selling is that your only lining the pockets of your management team. Currently promotions to the management level are mostly based on the number of customers you can convince to purchase the damage waiver products, I am convince that not much else matters. A good deal of time may be spent tracking down delinquent customers who have kept cars past the original return dates with no additional payments. This is a high stress low pay job that is best suited for recent college grads that do not have a better offer.

Pros

Generally a young, fun staff. A lot of young college grads. Closed Sundays

Cons

pay, pay, pay. You are compensated like a convenience store clerk. The only way to make enough money is to work all their insane overtime. If they begin to cut OT be prepared to make the $$$ you made as a part-time laborer in high school. You have to sell their "protection products" in order to move up. Only thing is the products suck. If they simplified their products it would be possible to do so, and you wouldn't be forced to deceive customers into initialing the boxes to sell then "dub" or "boat". what a joke...
