      Pros

      Good on the job training. Good recognition for all-stars. Usually work with people of same interests, backgrounds so it's easy to relate, get along.

      Cons

      Work/life and compensation are not a priority for the company. Every place has politics and this is no exception. "Nice job, thanks" can only go so far when you're an assistant mgr or manager. Commission % is very unfair to mid-level managers; senior management makes 10x or more.....

      Pros

      There is an opportunity to learn a lot. If one is to push themselves hard they can move up through the company.

      Cons

      Starting pay is too low. There is a lot of incentive to get people in your area or department promoted. It results in a lot of internal promotions instead of bringing in talent from other parts of the country or even the state. Some fairly poor performers are promoted to management. There are a few good managers that promote good people though.

      Pros

      ERAC is a good stepping stone to have on your resume. Sorry can't think of any more pros than that.

      Cons

      - horrible pay $11.33/hour - no work life balance. Be prepared to lose your social life. - employee turnover is super high. People drop like flies here.
