Pros

The pay was decent for a part-time job. Also, they offered free events for employees once a month or so. Feedback given often.

Cons

The job itself was overall pretty boring. Many times you would hear conflicting information about changes in the company.

There is a miniscule chance to get promoted from MT to MA to Assistant withing 1 months and to Branch Manager within 1 1/2 year since I did it. Free whips and gas! and how to manipulate P/L reports to seem profitable, multitask, and MOST importantly-->realize that this "sales driven" company is nothing more than a Lord of Flies re-enactment where I realized what acutually makes me happy, and no $70,000 salary was not it cuz I was getting paid that when I left

Cons

1-2% of percent you will do above promotion process will happen, I did randomly and by using unethical sales tactics, fakingly "bled green", kissed ass and only trained my subordinates to do enough to hang in there(if i tranined them too well, they would transfer them out to a crappy branch, this would lead to more short staffing on top of already high MT MA turnover as, their recuitment tactic is hire everyone and most will quite within 3-8 months).

Pros

It's a great resume builder. Offers the opportunity to learn great skills that will apply to future positions within or outside of the company. Provides pretty good benefits. They especially recruit recent college grads which is unlike most big companies. They "wine and dine" you with company happy hours and lunches.

Cons

You work mandatory overtime. You are required to wash cars and dress business professional as well. You will work some 11+ hour days with no real lunch break. Promotions seemed to be more about who you know than what you know, not a healthy balance of the two. Some of the best sellers use "questionable" selling tactics.
