Pros

Other companies will be impressed that you survived working for ERAC.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, no lunches, no life and if you do all this ... a few years later, when you are finally making money as upper management. .. they will kick you to the curb. ERAC makes money by aiming to rent every car, book too many reservations, understaff their offices, and let their employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Customers are on the average dissatisfied, their ESQI ratng system is a joke.

Pros

Pay can eventually be decent if you can wait 3 or 4 years. Then it will most likely level off around $50K unless you are good at shmoozing your way to higher levels.

Cons

55 hours per week, with no overtime pay (once you become asst manager and higher). Dealing with rude customers and accounts that believe their business will make or break you, and not being able to stand up to them without repercussion from management. Dealing with scumbags who treat other people's property (your cars) like they are a dumpster/ashtray. Dealing with customers who talk down to you, and ask you what you are going to do when you get out of school (you are already out of school, and doing it)

Pros

Well, on of the only perks is that you can rent a car for 50% off. Otherwise, not much really. Ohh, and also, when u become a manager (if ever) you can get a company car for cheap.

Cons

You will have no life...you will be working about 10 to 12 hours a day. So, by the time you come home, no energy! Washing cars in suits, cleaning snow, picking up starngers, the list goes on and on!
