Pros

The best thing about working for Enterprise is working with other young, recent college graduates with similar interests. I have met a lot of new friends and co-workers that make work fun. You also get to interact with customers from all walks of life.

Cons

Lots of hours, extremely low pay. Trainees don't make any commission but are expected to sell more than management. This includes lying to customers and quoting ridiculously high rates to get the most amt. of money out of them.

Roadmap to success which is a detail workbook that spells out what needs to be done in order to get promoted to the next level. There are a lot of career opportunities and possibilities to get promoted quickly if you perform as expected. Great sales culture and possibility of movement within the company from Rental to Car Sales, Truck or Fleet Management. Good discounts for employees as we get 50% off rental prices as well as 33% discount for family. There is a lot of community involvement with different activities. What I believe sets Enterpise apart from their competitors is that Management is really interested in getting you promoted and assigned you more responsiblitites as part of their requirement for getting promoted is getting YOU promoted. Pretty neat if you ask me :)

Cons

As much as they say they're committed to promote you sometimes work overload is pretty heavy and employees don't get a chance to do their roadmap to success as they're so busy trying to meet regular deadlines. PAY SUCKS at the beginning in relationship with the amount of work you're expected to do but once you make it to Controller, RVP or Area Manager, big bucks are coming your way.
