Pros
I worked for the Contact Center, and although the job sometimes was tedious, working for the company made up for it. Although I didn't have a college degree, I was still on a career path and got significant raises every few months for the first couple years. I miss it.
Cons
Sitting in a cubical for 8 hours a day, having to take a break from the phones at a specific time...
