      Pros

      Great people, very energetic. Job doesn't get too boring; very busy and different activities (driving different cars, cleaning, selling, contracts, etc). The company, being private, treats its employees relatively well with small perks that can make a different between a normal day and a good one. Sometimes the travel is a nice break from the office, and customer interaction is good for skill development.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very restrictive, long hours. Occasionally the senior senior management gets involved in unhelpful ways, and seems to seek excuses to look busy.

      Pros

      good benefits like health insurance and vacation days except you can never take the days when you want them.

      Cons

      you work all the time, with very few days off and don't get any help even though you beg for it. You go over and above what they expect and yet there are very few encouraging words and a whole lot of discouraging words( if you know what I mean !!!!!) They promise you promotions or salary increases and yet month after month you don't see any evidence of it. They tell you " you can make this much at the new branch " only to find out you can't.

      Pros

      the best thing about working at enterprise is the co-workers you work with. most of them end up being your best friends in and outside of work. the benefits are great as well in comparision to other companies.

      Cons

      You will work long hours. At least 10 hours per day and 2-3 weekends per month. Average work week is 52-55 hours. It is tough to have a good work-life balance even though the company is trying to make an effort in improving this area. The rental market is maturing so upward mobility is very slow unless someone quits
