Pros

If you need a job right out of college that will be great experience for the rest of your career in or outside of ERAC. There are lots of jobs within Enterprise that you can take, and you can choose how you want to advance through the company. The people who work there are young and like to have fun at work. Friendly and competitive environment makes the job fun. The day goes by really fast since you are so busy all day long.

Cons

Long hours and low pay the first year. Some customers truly do not want to be renting from you and will make your life as difficult as possible.

Pros

If you don't know exactly what you want to do in life, ERAC gives you a chance to figure your strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. There are opportunities to dabble in marketing, accounting, operations, and human resources. Everyone starts off as a management trainee and progress from there. They don't hire managers from the outside, everyone gets promoted from within. If rental is not something that interests you then other options become available such as leasing, accounting, marketing, or anything else that is available in that region.

Cons

Low pay and long hours. You do get a chance for promotions and higher pay, but you pay for it with longer hours.

Pros

gat some experience out of college

Cons

The pay is terrible. You start out making hardly more than minimum wage per hour, the only reason you make some money is because you work so much overtime, until you become an assistant and dont get paid overtime. The hours are terrible, you work 7-615 minimum. Your pay is based off of a 51 hour work week, so if you aren't hitting that you make a lot less than they say you will. The managers are mostly incompetent. If you have a family or life outside of ERAC you can kiss that good bye... you have a new family who love to go out after working 11+ hour days and drinking... you are pressured into it and make it seem like if you have something else to do then you are not promoting yourself and doing your career a disservice.
