      - Exposure to lots of day-to-day business transactions - Team is great - Great training program - 1 hour lunch - Set workday hours, once you're home you don't have to worry about work

      - Highly specific career progression paths - Super competitive in sales metrics, "shark" attitude needed everyday - Occasional upset customers - You have to work weekends

      - Good experience as you're thrown in the fire - Potential for promotion although competitive - The company only promotes from within - Good management and coworkers at the local level

      Cons

      - Management trainees are the most important, but worst treated employees in the whole company - Not much support when confronted by customers - One branch success metric is measured on how many cars are being rented out of total car count, therefore your branch will likely not have enough cars to satisfy reservations for days to come - Branch success is also measured on customer satisfaction, however the company never supplies the correct cars reserved and want you to push additional products so hard that you don't get that satisfaction rating - Non Stop: You will be selling, washing cars, and moving cars around from 7:30-5
