      Working hours are flexible and hybrid work model is supportive.

      Cons

      * Workplace politics and limited mentorship from senior management level. * Feels like service based company, no proper decisions are made by management. *Heavy dependence on developers instead of following proper process. *Lack of transparent recognition/appreciation processes.

      Be aware of Managers and Directors of some specific verticals, and many things will be controlled by Offshores and not from India
