- People are very friendly, very open and communicative - The job is quite flexible, in terms of working hours when working across various regions and timezones, it's not necessarily a 9-5 desk job. - In my 4 years of being at Epicor, I have had various promotions, pay increases and decent bonuses, I've also been fortunate and had the opportunity to travel as well. - In my experience, I have never been micro-managed, it's very much a case of being trusted to do your own work and this has been a great learning curve for me and kept me motivated. - The benefits have drastically improved, with flexible time off and although the maternity leave isn't as great as some other tech companies, it has got a little better, there is still room for improvement.
