      Open and honest cultural where updates are shared regularly not just on a regional level but also company wide. The company is profitable and as such the company is able to reinvest both within it's technology and also it's people. Clear career path and journey

      Cons

      As the company acquires quite aggressively there are challenges as you would expect bringing people into the Epicor family but if you enjoy working in a fast moving environment then this should not put you off.
