      Your job is safe coz no one knows what they’re doing and you can drag it as long as you want and you’ll keep getting paid if that’s what you want. If you want to grow and get paid better than this is not the place for you.

      Cons

      I can’t just think of a single con. Dishonest employees are treated with respect at Epicor even if you carry drugs to work get caught sleeping at your desk disappear for months for work there are no consequences but if you’re an honest and hardworking person this place is not for you especially if you’re working under the current director of business development who is full of himself and good at one thing (micro managing). Marketing team is a joke 2 years I was there I have no idea what they do and how they help the business development team. It looks like Epicor can’t find people who are capable of working and making a change.
