      Pros

      One of the best companies I have worked for, and for Mexico's parameters it overpasses them. They care more about taking care of their employees than getting as many as they can (to be more "efficient", like other companies) I like the work culture, and they do a lot to make you feel comfortable with your work life.

      Cons

      They obviously give more to the employees in other countries, but I mean, it makes sense. So out of that, no cons.
