      Pros

      Epicor's professional services department is a very flexible work environment. Managers and consultants have the option to work in office, hybrid, or fully remote. Because employees are in all time zones, working hours are fairly flexible.

      Cons

      While remote employees frequently travel with other members of the professional services, it can be difficult to build relationships with co-workers while ramping up.

      Epicor is a great place to work. I’m part of a wonderful team that helps each other. Pay is good. Most benefits are great.

      Cons

      Medical isn’t the best. The out of pocket is high.
