Where to start? The mico management was out of control. I saw working here as a great opportunity to learn. That was not the case at all. I was told I would be working on projects and then said projects were given to a co-worker. During presentations I would give during team meetings I would be interrupted by my supervisor and told we did not have time for me to finish. Yet, in my 1:1 I was counseled that I needed to provide more during our meetings. I discovered that a coworker with far less experience was being paid almost double what I was making. My skills were constantly being questioned. I don't use the term soul crushing very often, but Epicor and my supervisors there fit that to a T
