Pros
Extensive training was offered to me utilizing multiple methods: straight video, interactive sessions, observations, and one on one sessions with mentor. I was also encouraged to find some other newbies and learn together. There is adequate time to come up to speed. I have experience with the program so it was a much quicker process for me. I greatly appreciated this, showing me it was more individualized and not just a box they could not climb out of. My boss is encouraging and engaged in the process. We meet weekly to discuss where I'm at and what needs I have. When I travel expenses are met so no problems there. The big part of the job for me is I'm helping people use what they paid good money for. If you spend big bucks but still use 4 other programs to get you all you need to run your business then it has diminishing returns. Good information on future releases and company 'town hall' meetings are nice.
Cons
This is my first time working remotely so I'm getting used to that process but if I want to see more people I just order more from Amazon. I also wish the company would provide some introductory swag. I like branded shirts and showing where I work that way.
