      Nice co-workers. Remote work. Lots of learning.

      Cons

      Poor pay. No growth opportunities. Management only cares about short term company results. They don't "invest" in making the product and services stronger for the long term.

      Pros

      During my first 45 days, the people I've worked have all been professional, and personable. I've been given adequate time and training to start making some significant contributions to my team. IT responsiveness has been very good during onboarding. Everyone seems super helpful.

      Cons

      Right now...there is a significant backlog of work and it's obvious there have not been enough warm bodies to deal with it all. So... you come into a somewhat chaotic reactionary environment. If you thrive on that -- you can move it to the Pros category. It is a huge opportunity to be part of the solution.
