      The best aspect about working for Epicor is that they believe in people, no matter what background they came from. As someone who came into the organization with no prior experience within the corporate and software industry, Epicor took the chance of taking me on. For that I am forever grateful. After a short period down the line, I was put forward for an improved role based on the skills that brought into the company and the skills that were developed internally from my fellow colleagues with deeper industry experience. Epicor see things in people and give you everything needed to progress your career and personality.

      I believe Epicor can expand the UK and international regions, giving more opportunities to the young talent that is emerging. There are many driven, ambitious and competent individuals seeking a career within the business software industry. This talent should be nurtured by us to ultimately progress the next generation.
