      Immediate team and supervior/management is amazing, some remote availability.

      Cons

      Corporate Level Management are out of touch, and silo approach to team managment ends up limiting room to grow within company. Bonuses are not rewarded by proficency or talent - same bonus for everyone regardless of contribution to company goals.

      Pros

      Managers are very good, they often come to visit other offices in other countries and they try to listen to suggestions and complaints. You really feel like your opinion matters, even to top management. Many opportunities to learn new things and advance in your career. Atmosphere in office is probably the best that i have experienced so far. You can also switch to other role/team if you are not satisfied with your current role. Hybrid working model.
