      The software is robust and positively changes the lives of the owners that use it.

      Cons

      A long time ago, the company loved and celebrated their employees. Today we are like cattle owned by a farmer getting ready to be sent to the slaughter house. Management no longer energizes us, they give quotas out late with no substance to back them up. Hope is not a sustainable goal.
