3yAs a software company that has 50 years of history, there is certainly a corporate culture here that has some relics of the past. That said, we are continuously making improvements and striving to keep our culture fresh. With the recent development of a brand new Employer Value Proposition, tremendously improved benefits, and updated facilities, it is clear there is a strong commitment from the board level to consistently improve the employee experience.
