      Pros

      Epicor has an outstanding culture; Its a business that is caring and allows the freedom to be your best self. Different parts of the business collaborate extremely well. Hierarchy is relatively flat and all leaders are very approachable. I love the business and would strongly recommend it!

      Cons

      Other than the poor state of coffee, I haven't found many cons yet :-)
