We're committed to making sure that is true for everyone regardless of their manager. There are a multitude of ways we are ensuring that commitment and some of which include our monthly people manager meetings, our global people manager roadshows, and our LinkedIn Learning required training courses for our leaders so that they are frequently developing their skills as a manager.
