      It's a job. Epicor is huge with many different offerings so the experience is based off of what product you work on not the company as a whole. In ERP the work life balance is good, work from home, good 401k, etc... But that is about it.

      Cons

      Pay is well below everywhere else I interviewed with when I left, it kinda surprised me as I realized I could have been making more a long time ago. Benefits are more than other places too I found out. They are BIG on outsourcing so you never feel valued as they will lay you off if they can outsource in a heartbeat. Saw that happen a lot. Very easy to get pigeon holed as they tend to hire outside rather than cultivate talent from within.
