      - Absolutely no technological growth - Zero career growth - Non trained manager treating people like "Salves" - HR team is of no use as usual - No investment on people and tech - Most of the projects still running in house and they are vendor of choice for cloud

      Dumbhead, arrogant, Visionless managers. Favoritism (Even I enjoyed it but it is bad for many especially South Indians as North managers don't even select any South Indian people).
