      Epicor is a fast paced business with one of the most engaged leadership team I have seen. Execs busting to listen and get hands on with staff, partners and customers.

      Cons

      Admin processes is cumbersome.

      Like the self-thrive environment; Management is very receptive to new ideas; the constant creation of new positions; intercultural environment; flexibility; new challenges are in order.

      The lack of effectiveness on processes; there is no Work From Home availability; people need more cross-functional training to understand what the others do in the Company; the need for new and correct processes implementations.
