      Pros

      Good benefits, good infrastructure and very good salary compared to other companies in our zone (Monterrey)

      Cons

      1. Lack of social events, integration, end-year party/meeting. 2. Tons of work, not being able to have a quality time in the office, stressful and no "free-time" to clear your mind, etc. (This is why people quit) This is a member of Technical Support team, take note on my first point, if you improve social events, they will love the company and feel in house no matter if they have ton of work.

      Pros

      Good Work/Life balance with some positions with work from home facility Relax environment, casual dress code, free water and coffee, very spacious offices. Good team atmosphere and lots of interaction with colleagues working around the globe. Family Medical Insurance. Education Bonus after 3 months on the company (the bonus can be used for studying a master degree, certification courses, continuing education, etc.). Some employee discounts. For most job positions there’s job training and professional development. Apprenticeship program. 100% payroll and pantry/food coupons. Vacation days can be used since day one, once manager has agreed.

      Cons

      No performance bonuses, although the job pressure is not high as in other companies. The best benefits are for employees working at USA, not in Mexico. As the company is growing, there is no room on Epicor building parking lot and you have to wait 5 to 6 months to get a space. Although there is an alternative parking lot about 1 kilometer away from office with a shuttle coming and going every 15-20 minutes. Feel like workers are not appreciated much by Upper Management (no Christmas party, no socialization events, no bonuses like savings or sales, no savings plan, etc.) I don’t expect job opportunities as the current open positions ask for job experience not related with my current job position.

      Pros

      - Great culture to work in. - Home office and office hours are flexible. - Excellent tools provided (eg. laptop, monitors, phone, etc.) - Working closely with colleagues around the world. - Skype use is awesome. - Campus has a food court, coffee places and various offices.

      Cons

      - Parking space is not enough in campus, external parking space is offered with transportation (Monterrey Office). - Communication is mostly email, IM and phone.
