      Pros

      Very friendly environment! Good communication Good salary Great co-workers Lots of vacation days available from day one Lots of training and courses for Epicor's products available

      Cons

      You learn lots of things that could only be useful at Epicor Feel like workers aren't appreciated much by Upper Management (no Christmas party, no socialization events, no bonuses like savings or sales)

      - competitive salary and commission - fair with expenses - benefit plan is good - matching pension plan is good

      Cons

      - very poor on boarding tools and processes. This has been mentioned in other reviews as it so true. And with any organization, once you fall behind you are playing catch up - monthly and quarterly pressure can be overwhelming - HR support is non-existent - worst I have ever experienced - you are expected to be on call 24/7
