Careful with what you are told about your job requirement and future plans, most of it would turn out to be lies and might be asked to do something else.
The local management is only worried about hiring and firing. Last few months 25+ people have left/fired from various teams that i work with. A 200+ head count center - Attrition is very high. You might be asked to stop coming to office suddenly many have already had this experience.
People are leaving as they are given false promises - but fat pay checks.

Training is non existent mainly driven by videos. The company is only close to 2 yrs old in india but management boosts the company is 30-40 yrs old lineage but hardly have anything concrete in place.
Policies don't exist or not clear - and rarely followed even if defined.
Punctuality is none existent.
Salary disparity is huge for the same work experience and skills with-in the teams. Hike is not great too.
