      Pros

      Multi-faceted and challenging tasks if you are on a managerial level, working from home, line-in managers are usually helpful and understanding and trying to do what they can for you.

      Cons

      No promotion, little compensation or awards after a hard work delivered, average salary, no salary increase, very frequently changing leadership team and strategy, controversial senior leadership decisions, no organic growth, only buying other businesses, 80+ products, lack of prosperity, nothing spent on education for years, customer attrition is growing. VERY bad IT / IS services, cheapest mobile ever (with Windows OS), computer/laptop performance is close to unacceptable, no SSD. Nothing done to keep people motivated on the company level. Hard work is not appreciated. Cost cutting everywhere. Good workforce leaving the company, only less talented or otherwise knowledgeable stay. Clear division line between US and international from all perspectives.
