Free coffee, does that count as a pro? Handful of really nice co-workers, the rest are buffoons. Small 401k match, but thats probably going to disappear

CEO is a hired hatchet man hired to squeeze the juice out of the turnip, you never know if you're next to be axed. Joe Cowans first town hall with the company stated that he didnt need the money??? What does that mean, he likes to fire people as a hobby??? Out sourcing most all jobs to Mexico. CEO calls it 'Globalization' followed by massive domestic layoffs Holiday luncheon is nothing more then cold meat and wilted salad Management is either micro managing or has has no directive, no ambition and no guidance I would be surprised if upper management knew any of their reports Little or no training They started to turn the lights out to save money many of the employees are hoping to do the bare minimum to make it to retirement Old out dated systems band-aided together to keep the doors open Company wont spend money to upgrade anything There is no employee incentive Benefits are bare minimum Holidays are bare minimum Vending machines with snacks that are marked up 100% over retail The out sourced (India) IT department is a complete joke - another Joe Cowan idea CEO is two faced
