      Pros

      Great people to work with. Peers have sincere effort towards working to make the company successful. Pay & benefits are good to average.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment leaves no time for training. Salary and career growth is slow. Continued outsourcing to India and foreign countries resulting in layoffs and job loss in US offices. Morale is decreasing rapidly due to outsourcing and continued cost cutting.

      Pros

      Many positions are remote, so working from home is a strong possibility. Autonomy. Excellent Benefits. Company has an excellent client base.

      Cons

      No training budget. Low increases in salary. Decentralized management. Learning how to do one's job is all trial by fire and on the job training. Teams work in silos that refuse to communicate or collaborate with each other.

      Pros

      Great people who were fun to work with and go the job done. Even though the products had a lot of bugs, we all seemed to get along and take care of customers.

      Cons

      Pay for sales professionals 40-60% below industry averages. Very buggy software products, needed a lot of work to get done.
