      Pros

      Everyone I've met (virtually or in person) has been very professional, helpful and friendly. Onboarding/orientation process is helpful, IT Help Desk is very responsive. Lots of forward-thinking, innovative thinkers working to move the company forward.

      Cons

      Company was bought in September, and the combination of new owners/priorities on top of strategic plans for the next fiscal year have caused a number of changes, both organizationally and directionally.

      Pros

      Good products, even if they do have their issues. Well thought out software design. Level of pay is decent. Great for a first job or internship.

      Cons

      I have never worked at a company with so much employee turnover. Changes at all levels of the organization, all the time, never seems to stop long enough to get to work on a real growth strategy. Can you believe this company does not use an ERP for it's internal operation? Not even their own! Collaboration, if you can call it that, between different parts of the organization is through email.
