      Pros

      I've been here for ~4 months and I couldn't be happier about how I launched my career. To get an opportunity like this almost right out of college is unbelievable. I can definitely say I'm doing better than most of my friends. It's a great company and an amazing atmosphere to work but the limitless opportunities of where I can go from here are what keep me excited about my potential within the company. They do things the right way in the software industry which gives me confidence speaking with prospects about Epicor.

      Cons

      No company is perfect and there are definitely things that could be improved but most of them are nit-picky. Nothing out of the ordinary such as management needing to be more transparent or honest and the natural things that come with business such as the company putting the profits before your individual benefit. Overall things have been great but there is always room for improvement from an employee perspective.
