      Month closing possible. One of the best ERP with this features

      Cons

      Multi database. Maintaining and retaining of the database backups are huge in size.

      Pros

      Casual, laid back atmosphere. Commission can be very beneficial on "good" months.

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication, top level management has no clue what to even do with this department. Your "good" months commission wise are completely dependent on what the outside rep thinks of the leads you pass them. Company doesn't have the slightest clue what they're trying to accomplish long term nor how they plan to get there. Base pay is hourly and usually only $15 an hour, so not good.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment. Expectations are medium to high. Compensations are good. Flexible hours unless you are working in client care then you can be working crazy hours. I like working here because you always learn something new.

      Cons

      We're not always exposed to what offices in the states are up to.
