      Pros

      Flexible schedule, fast-paced environment. The days fly by and you learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Money...as in, your not getting any. Most employees can barely live on what they're paid. "Raises" are laughable - less than .25 or .50 for the YEAR. Full timers can still expect to be granted state-aid, as you make under the minimum guidelines. Benefits are designed for mid-level employees with insanely high premiums and even higher deductibles. Don't work here if you need to support your family.
